Liquid Refrigerant Receiver serves as a reservoir for refrigerant during normal system operation. It allows the system to react to widely varying load demands and provides a place to store the refrigerant charge during pump down servicing. LRRV-3350-3 & LRRV-3410-5 are vertical model with sweat by sweat configuration with no valve. can make custom model receiver in both vertical and horizontal types which can be direct replacement for popular competitive models.

Application :

• Receiver are selected based on the operating charge for all system components and liquid lines.
• Receivers should be sized in such a way that more than 90% of the total internal volume of the receiver is used.

Design Features :

• Solid copper connection made from seamless (99.90%) copper tube which has a very high burst strength.

• High Brazing strength on inlet and outlet connection helps to stand flame temperature while fixing the receiver into the system. (Please follow brazing instruction)

• Bottom mounting stud are not welded or hand brazed but projection welded thus avoiding chances of leakage and also giving a neat look.

• Leak testing : Three stage high pressure leak testing done with dry N2. (a) Before assembling on inlet and outlet tube connection (b) After Co
2 welding (c) After painting. Receiver can also be shipped with an internal atmospheric pressure of dry N2 ranging in pressure from 12 to 30PSIG. This prevents moisture from entering the receiver while stored and presence of pressure also confirms no leaks in particular piece at the time of fitting .

• Paint : Corrosion resistant oven baked paint done on rugged steel shell after proper cleaning, treating and drying for high salt pray rating and can be used in all environments and adverse condition.

• For use with CFCS, HCFCS, HFCS, and lubricant combination that go with it.

• Receiver inlet and outlet is designated on the label.

• OEM approved design.

• Tested for 2500 PSIG as minimum bust pressure and 450 PSIG maximum working pressure.
