Sealed solid core clean up drier for use in a system suction line has developed and introduced by . The compact design incorporates a large outside diameter shell with large core, of activated alumina and molecular sieves with moisture, high acid and oil breakdown capacity content and excellent filtering capability area to ensure the maximum system protection against harmful contaminates.

The core material has been designed with controlled porosity which effectively removes and holds a maximum amount of the contaminate with a minimum pressure drop. In addition the core material collects and holds inorganic acids and other harmful contaminates present after motor burn out.  The special binding process of the core protects it from acid decomposition.

suction line filter drier is used in air-conditioning, heat pump and refrigeration system, recovery machine and in which the available space in the suction line is limited such as in heat pump application.


DESIGN FEATURES

Dual Schrader access valves on both inlet and outlet sides enable the serviceman to measure amount of pressure drop accurately and also make it easy to determine if pressure drop does exit.
